1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AgentDeploy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

  • Builders can publish AI agent packages and MCP tools
  • Operators can deploy and orchestrate agents on managed runtimes
  • Secure code delivery through private GitHub repositories
  • Security review, secrets, gateway usage, and runtime operations

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must provide accurate registration data
  • You are responsible for account security
  • You must report unauthorized account access

4. Seller Obligations

  • Own or have rights to all code submitted
  • Keep templates free of malware and malicious behavior
  • Provide accurate claims and descriptions
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms

5. Revenue Share & Payouts

Seller eligibility, revenue allocation, fees, reserves, payout timing, maintenance terms, referrals, managed-runtime participation, and usage revenue are governed by the current seller program terms shown during onboarding or in the seller dashboard. Program terms may vary by product and may be updated prospectively with notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading malware or malicious code
  • Bypassing platform security controls
  • Harvesting credentials or sensitive data
  • Using the service for illegal activity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentDeploy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
