1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AgentDeploy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

  • Sellers can list and sell AI agent templates
  • Buyers can purchase and deploy templates to hosting providers
  • Secure code transfer via GitHub App middleware
  • Automated security scanning and verification

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must provide accurate registration data
  • You are responsible for account security
  • You must report unauthorized account access

4. Seller Obligations

  • Own or have rights to all code submitted
  • Keep templates free of malware and malicious behavior
  • Provide accurate claims and descriptions
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms

5. Revenue Share & Payouts

Template Sales

Seller receives 70%. Platform retains 30%.

Hosting Affiliates

Seller receives 70%. Platform retains 30%.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading malware or malicious code
  • Bypassing platform security controls
  • Harvesting credentials or sensitive data
  • Using the service for illegal activity

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentDeploy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
